Cancellation policy

This cancellation Policy governs the manner in which Customers can cancel their subscription (each, a 'Customer') of the website ('Site'). This cancellation policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by GET MUSIC THEORY ONLINE LTD.
Cancellation of subscription
In the event that the Customer would like to cancel their subscription, they must do so via the Settings menu which is available once logged in. The Customer can do this at any point within the billing cycle. No other notification of cancellation will be accepted. The Customer's account access will then terminate at the end of that billing period.
Cancellation of free trial
If the Customer would like to cancel their free trial, they must do so via the Settings menu available once they log in. The Customer must do this within 7 days of signing up for the free trial. No other notification of cancellation will be accepted. The Customer's account access will terminate at the end of that 7-day period.
